Data Privacy & Statutory Access

Texas & Federal Data Subject Request Portal

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and applicable federal trade guidelines, equipment operators, buyers, and workshop managers may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of personal contact records held in our Austin database.

01. Recognized Statutory Rights Under Texas Law +

Consumers and commercial purchasers residing in Texas possess explicit statutory protections governing personal information collected during catalogue inquiries and parts quotes:

  • Right of Confirmation & Access: Confirm whether Bavrento processes your personal data and obtain a machine-readable summary of stored identity details, equipment requests, and dispatch notes.
  • Right of Rectification: Correct inaccuracies in your stored business name, shipping destination, delivery telephone, or email address.
  • Right of Erasure: Require permanent deletion of personal contact details and matching photographs where no overriding Texas statutory warranty retention applies.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Profiling: Prohibit automated profiling or targeted marketing. Bavrento does not engage in algorithmic credit scoring or behavioural remarketing.
02. Advertising Identifiers & Consent Revocation +

Visitors arriving via paid search and social campaigns may have ad click parameters associated with their landing session:

  • Google Ads: Click identifier parameter gclid.
  • Microsoft Advertising: Click identifier parameter msclkid. For Microsoft data policies, review the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Meta Ads: Click identifier parameter fbclid.

Through Google Consent Mode v2, storage keys ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage remain set to denied by default. If you previously allowed these signals, use the trigger in our footer to switch all preferences back to denied.

03. Verification & Turnaround Protocol +

To prevent unauthorized disclosure of proprietary commercial equipment orders or fraudulent deletion of open warranty records, every data request must be verified:

  • We confirm identity by cross-referencing your submitted telephone number or email with existing quotation tickets and parts invoice files.
  • Ivan Petrov directly reviews requests within the same business day of receipt.
  • Complete fulfillment of access exports or permanent database deletion takes place within 45 calendar days, as required under Texas statute.
  • In cases of active 90-day parts warranties on heavy batteries ($239.99–$259.99) or alternators ($249.99), component serial numbers and date-of-sale entries are retained strictly until statutory warranty limits expire, after which records are purged.
